- Reconstruction and expansion of the existing laboratory complex
- Creation of a base concept
- Consultation with the competence team on the integration of pharmaceutical and legal requirements
- Clean room monitoring: Workbench / Environment (training)
- Creation of the ventilation concept including partial or full air conditioning
- Furnishing plan
- Creation of a CAD plan in DWG format - including a release plan
- Creation of a cost plan for the entire property (without on-site costs)
- Creation of a project description (DQ) for submission and
- Submission to the responsible regional council or pharmaceutical council
- Construction supervision of project-related construction works
- Examination of all project-related construction work
- Summary and review of the qualification documents for all events
- Preparation of the project acceptance by the regional council or the pharmaceutical council
